KOOKABURRA Freak Hockey Stick

KOOKABURRA Freak Hockey Stick The Freak is a powerful, aggressive stick. High in carbon fibre content, there is an emphasis on power, but with an element of control and feel thanks to the inclusion of fibreglass.Kookaburra?s unique construction matrix formulas consist of two main materials. Carbon provides strength, response and rigidity. The properties of carbon fibre, such as low weight combined with high tensile strength, make it ideally suited to hockey stick construction. The other main material is fibreglass, providing feel and durability. It has a high ratio of surface area to weight, making it ideal for hockey sticks. This comprises of 80% carbon and 20% fibreglass.New for 2011 is Kookaburra?s L-Bow series, with three varying grades of bowing in each stick?s design. This stick features L-Bow Obscene; the most radical bow out there, but still compliant with FIH rules, this provides the most pronounced bow in the Kookaburra range. For additional control, Soft Feel Resin promotes greater feel and dexterity without making any compromises on the power generated with each strike.
